Founder of Erika Vidal Agency and a former User Experience/Web Creative at Citi Commercial Bank. I know firsthand the hectic schedules that business owners face. I understand that business owners may not have time for online presence amidst their myriad responsibilities, which is where my expertise comes in. My role is to bridge this gap, ensuring that their digital footprint is not only established but also continuously enhanced to meet their business objectives and growth strategies. Having been deeply involved in various roles throughout my career, with over 10 years of professional experience, my background spans across Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Accounting, and UX/UI Design. I hold a college degree in Business Administration and I am a certified User Experience/ User Interface Designer. I am also bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse clientele. Exploring the constantly evolving realm of technology is a genuine passion of mine, and I take great pleasure in imparting this knowledge to my clients to keep them at the forefront of their industries.
